Shipping & Delivery Policy

Jigyasa by Shalini V Jha offers digital services and online consultations only. We do not ship any physical products.

1. Service Delivery

• Consultations & Sessions: After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the booking details and meeting link (Google Meet / Zoom) within 24 hours.
• Digital Products: Access to recorded content, worksheets or PDFs is provided via email or a dashboard link, typically within a few minutes of purchase and no later than 24 hours.

2. Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your booking confirmation or access link within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder and then contact us at support@shalinijha.in with your payment reference. We will resolve the issue at the earliest.

3. No Physical Shipping

Since all our offerings are 100% digital, there are no shipping charges, shipping addresses or courier tracking involved.
